These terms govern your use of Omexer, a WordPress plugin and related services from Omexer Labs. By installing or using it you agree to them.

1. Definitions

“Plugin” means Omexer and its updates. “Services” covers the plugin, website, documentation and support. “Licence key” is the code issued with a paid plan.

2. Licence

• We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the plugin on the number of sites your plan allows.
• The free edition is released under the GPL-2.0-or-later. Paid features, support and updates are governed by these terms.
• You may not resell or share your licence key, exceed your site allowance, or use the plugin unlawfully.

3. Account and key

Keep your licence key private. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

4. Payments

Paid plans renew annually unless stated otherwise, and you authorise us to charge your payment method each period. We give 30 days’ notice of price changes. Taxes are your responsibility.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Updates and support

Updates and support are included while your plan is active and are not guaranteed after it expires. We may change features with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

Omexer names, logos and materials belong to us. WordPress and WooCommerce are trademarks of their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnity

You will cover claims arising from your misuse of the plugin or breach of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend access if you breach these terms. Your licence key will then be deactivated.

12. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the place where our company is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Continuing to use the plugin means you accept the new version.
